So for about a year now I have been wanting to get a jogging stroller. After talking to a lot of people and going back and forth on costs, we finally got one. It came yesterday and today I ran my first mile with it. The baby trend double jogging stroller. It handled well, but we did already get a flat tire, so the tires will definitely be upgraded pronto! It was not as heavy pushing it as I thought. I am still debating on running with it in the 5k races I have ahead, but it will be great to train with! It has some fancy features that are fun for the kids as well. The built in mp3 speaker so Cyana can listen to her Mary Poppins and I can still run to motivating music. Very excited about starting my training outside. I have Spring fever, anyone else?

This is more for me than for anyone else. At our Stake Conference, we had excellent talks and I learned so much from. One of the quotes from our presidency was this, "We don't tell children fairy tales to teach them that dragons exist, they already know that. We tell children fairy tales to teach them that dragons can be slain." If you haven't already thought of this in a spiritual context, then you miss the depth. It takes on a wonderful meaning. My children love fairy tales. Especially about princesses and being rescued and of course happy endings. Isn't it wonderful that we can apply fairy tales to our lives and the eternities and our own happy endings! Happy ever aftering!

So this is the first blog in a while. We have been getting settled and finally our house is starting to feel like home. We just ordered nearly $300 in plants and trees for the yard. Brent is determined to have an orchird in the back, I have to admitt, I am pretty excited about it! Nearby we found this awesome place to take photos, an old train station. I have always wanted to stop and take pictures, so today I dressed up the kids and went and took some. Of course Bowyn was uncooperative and he ran away from me what ever direction I tried to get him at. So here are some of the better results. They are growing so fast!
