The Best News in a long time
Well Brent and I got the best news we have had in a long time! Many of you know we have been searching, and searching for a house. Well we found one. We have be under contract since the 26th of June, but we did not expect it to work out because there were so many contingencies associated with the contract. We are by no means rich and we have been saving for a long time. We also don't have any rich family we can beg money off, so therefor it left the government grants. Luckily we are poor enough to receive help, but we don't have a lot of debt so we don't feel as poor as we look to the government. Therefor we have been able to save and put some of our money in with the grants we qualified for. Anyway, we found this house in north county by Brent's mom. We just found out last week that everything is going to go through. We got the home inspection, appraisal, and all the financial okay. Now we just have to wait for the check from the grant, but we are number 3 ...
