Summer Blues
So this has been a crazy summer for us. We kicked it off with girls camp, then 4th of July, then youth conference, then a family trip to Disney and now we stand two Saturday's from school starting again. Where does the time go. I wish I could say that was all in June and now I had the rest of the summer before me, but not so. Here is a quick catch up on our yard project. So we put our new fence in this past February/March. This summer has been wonderful with it! We will never even consider another house unless it has a fenced in backyard. I know we are learning. Once the fence was put in we added 30 tons of dirt and manure to improve our garden spot. It has been all worth it. Our garden is doing amazing. We are just getting into bottling mania. Hopefully by this fall we will have the farie flower garden area all put together with the pond installed and running. We love yard work! This is our acorn squash on the north side.
