We made it! Yes! Finally Cyana started kindergarten. She has been talking about it for the past two years. Last week on Tuesday she had a mild meltdown that made me feel terrible. Ayslind started 2nd grade last week. When I woke her up to get ready for school Cyana came up fully dressed in new clothes ready also. when I told Cyana she wouldn't be going for another week, instead of her usually dramatic release he just looked at me with her eyes watering and said, "Mom, will I ever go to school?" She did. She was up and dressed and asking at 9:30 if it was time for lunch yet so she could go. While other kids were clinging to their parents and crying, Cyana walked in hugged me and sat down on the rug on "her letter c." She smiled and waved good-bye. Maybe my kids are a little overconfident. I was having a hard time leaving. She has the same teacher Ayslind had, who is amazing and her teacher asked me to co-room mom. I just miss my little mother!

So here it comes. This will probably be our biggest post yet. Hopefully I can do it justice. I can hardly believe that the summer is already at the end and the kids are back in school. I think the summer was shorter this year. It felt like all we had was the month of July and that doesn't count because it always feels like half the month is holidays! We started off our summer throwing the two oldest into swimming lessons. We decided that since we had a swim pass we needed to use it, but if I take the kids swimming alone, at least half better fend for themselves. There went June. Daily routine consisted of waking, feeding, napping, feeding, running, crying, napping, feeding, sleeping. Don't forget changing in there constantly as well. Of course we now had Ayslind home from school which was a BIG help. She loves to change diapers (for now) so she really saved me this summer. We were able to make it story time a few times. Luckily they had a big kids story time...
